Past Perfect Continuous Tense 

Simple Sentence :-

Subject + had been + verb ( 1st form of verb) +ing + Object

Examples:-

• I had been waiting for you for four hours.
• He had been playing video games for since morning .

Negative Sentences :-

• It had not been raining for two hours.
• They had not been helping us since 2017.

Interrogative Sentences :-

Had + Subject + been + Verb ( 1st form of verb )+ ing + object ?
Questioning word + had + subject + not + been + verb(1st form of verb ) + ing + object?

• Had you been working in this bank for six years?
• Why had you not been helping the brothers ?
• I had been sitting in the room since morning.
• He had been working in this office for five years.
